Please be informed that the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and luncheon will be held on Tuesday, 10 June 2008 at the Sime Darby Convention Centre.  The official circular advising members of the Annual General Meeting will be issued shortly.

All members are encouraged to participate and be represented by their Chief Executive and/or other Senior Executives at these two functions and to also invite private guests to the luncheon at the same cost per person. 

We are delighted to have YB Tan Sri Dato’ Hj Muhyiddin bin Hj Mohd Yassin, Minister of International Trade & Industry as our Guest-of-Honour. This continues the long standing tradition of attendance of the MITI Minister at the MICCI Annual Luncheon and we look forward to hearing from the newly appointed Minister on his priorities for Malaysia’s growth and development. 

The luncheon cost is being maintained as per last year at RM170 per person or RM1,550 per table. All payments should be made in advance by 30 May 2008.  Any cancellation must be made in writing within 5 working days prior to the luncheon.  Registered participants who fail to attend will be charged accordingly.

Members wishing to attend the luncheon are requested to kindly complete and return the attached application form by 19 May 2008.
