Complaint On Repayment Assistance Rejections & Unsatisfied Terms

As part of the continuous efforts to assist SMEs to have satisfactory experience on repayment assistance, Bank Negara Malaysia would like to share with SME associations on additional channels to help the affected SMEs.
BNM will hold regular engagement for SME associations to raise any repayment assistance issues faced by their members and discuss with BNM and the financial institutions for amicable solutions.
Therefore MICCI would like to encourge members to submit their issues and recommendation by filling up the Online Feedback Form.
