[INFO] Talent Perak Career Forum: Industrial Ecosystem Development and Job Opportunities

A virtual career forum was held on 27th and 28th November 2021 by Talent Perak.
MICCIs Executive director, Mr. Shaun Cheah was invited on 27th November 2021 as a panelist for their ‘Industrial Ecosystem Development and Job Opportunities’ session to answer questions about future jobs under Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) and the secret of getting hired. He also shared on limited remuneration.
Joining him were two other panelists, Mr. Ahmad Razmi and Mr. M. Zaki M. Saman. They provided insight into the evolution of the industry in a new era and the influence of technology to open new job opportunities. The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Khairul Baharien Mohd Noor.
The panelists mentioned the fast-growing industry in Perak over the next five to ten years and the skills that are needed to be hired in the future.
It was encouraging to hear from industry leaders and gain insights on future jobs under IR4.0.
