The engagement session with industry players on The Proposed Amendments Of The Trade Unions Act 1959 (Act 262) was held on 7th September 2023.
All industry players should pay attention to The Proposed Amendments Of The Trade Unions Act 1959 (Act 262) which removes a lot of the powers of the Director-General of Trade Unions (DGTU) to act as a mediator or arbitrator between the industry and the Trade Unions.
