Once again, MICCI has successfully addressed issues and feedback from our members to the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) on the eligibility of international students to work in Malaysia.
The Director General of Higher Education has issued an official letter stated that International student who has graduated and received a job offer to work in Malaysia can apply an employment pass without having to leave Malaysia subject to conditions set by the government under the management of expatriate application division.
