Our member, HaloCheck is currently running an anonymous industry survey to investigate the severity and actual hidden causes of revenue losses and operations mishaps caused by employee or customers misconduct and violations across industries in Malaysia. These data collected will help them come up with a more comprehensive and realistic industry report on the issue and help build a future-proof solution to help businesses in Malaysia to cut losses and hire/onboard with confidence.
There are two (2) angles on this survey:
- Employee Misconduct: Theft, Unreliability, Workplace Violance, Abuse etc and
- Customer Misconduct: Theft, Damage of assets, Drug trafficking and other illegal activities, Abuse etc.
