The Latest Procedure For Foreign Workers Applications

On 2nd August 2022, The Ministry of Human Resources has released the latest procedure for foreign workers applications. The One Stop Center (OSC) for foreign workers applications approval was transferred from the Ministry Of Home Affairs to the Ministry Of Human Resources, and started operating for the interview process of foreign worker quota applications at the State Manpower Department Labour on 1st August 2022.
The application can be made via Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS) which is a holistic end to end solution developed to recruit, manage and monitor migrant workers in Malaysia. It is and online integrated centralized system linking the various stakeholders.
